We all love music but our busy schedule or detachment with everything due to this stress does not let us spend time with music. So, if you are stressed out, play your favorite album. Make it a habit to listen music for at least 30 minutes a day. Clutter of your mind will be cleared, blood pressure will be lowered and so will be the anxiety and stress level.
